BLUEBELL ADMIN SERVICES LTD t/a BLUEBELL BOOKKEEPING & ADMIN
Complaints
At Bluebell Bookkeeping & Admin, we want our clients to feel confident that they will receive a friendly, accurate and professional service. If something has gone wrong or you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us. We would much rather have the opportunity to understand the problem and try to put it right.
How to raise a complaint
You can raise a complaint by email, telephone or in writing using our usual contact details. Please tell us what has happened, why you are unhappy and, if you can, what you would like us to do to resolve the matter. You do not need to use any particular wording or format.
What happens next
We will normally acknowledge your complaint within five working days. We will review the matter fairly, including any relevant records or correspondence, and may contact you if we need more information.
We aim to provide a substantive response within 20 working days. If the matter is more complex or we are waiting for information, we will let you know and give you an indication of when you can expect a response.
Putting things right
Where we find that something has gone wrong, we will consider a fair and proportionate way of putting it right. Depending on the circumstances, this could include correcting work, providing an explanation, apologising, improving a process, reconsidering a fee or taking another appropriate step.
If you are still unhappy
If you remain dissatisfied after our response, please tell us what you believe has not been addressed and we will reconsider the matter. Where an external professional, legal or regulatory complaints route is applicable, we will provide relevant information where reasonably appropriate.
Privacy and data protection complaints
If your concern is specifically about how we have used or protected your personal information, please refer to our Privacy & Data Protection Notice. Data protection concerns are handled under our separate Data Protection Complaints Policy and may also be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office where appropriate.
